By accessing or using Eclipse Desires (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use if we provide a contact channel.
4. AI content & disclaimer
Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate. The Service does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Content & acceptable use policy (including prohibitions on illegal content, non-consensual depictions, and harassment). We may suspend or terminate access for violations. See the Content policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and software are protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
